Alpha Horus, the last evacuation rocket roared for lift-off. White hot smoke, fumes and fire roared as the ignition rockets began their ascent. The World was collapsing, after an accidental implosion in an underground military base, the north american continent's planetary plates cracked and shifted, catastrophy as we know it like in the movies never occured. Rather, the horizontal implosion shifted the World's axis of revolution around our sun... The World will be emerged in desolate hellfire within another few generations as the World burns, slowly, spinning in a shrinking gyre closer and closer to the sun... eventually... death. It was a beautiful day, 13th October NG (New Genesis), the World as we know, loaded onto the arks of metal, blasted off to escape Acocalypse... Ironic that the apocalypse would look so eventful... -0- Haven't submitted anything in a long long while and I am sorry- however, I've been busy busy busy  Credits: Rockets from sxc [link] Mine Landscape from personal collection. |
